How Are They Made?
Step 1
3M PREFERRED / CERTIFIED
JAFA Signs enrolls our employees in Advanced 3M training to allow ourselves to install certain vinyl and manufacture traffic signs. 3M provides us with reflective vinyl and inks to produce regulatory signs.
Step 2
3M TRAFFIC SOFTWARE
Using the latest technology, our designers operate an HP Latex printer using a Flexi Complete 3M Authorized Traffic Edition software to produce high-quality, durable, and compliant signs.
Step 3
CNC ROUTED ALUMINUM
In our 10,000 sq foot warehouse our CNC operators begin the sign process by routing 5x10 sheets of .081 aluminum prepping traffic sign blanks for graphics.
Step 4
REFLECTIVE GRAPHICS AND UV LAMINATE
Next our printers will apply the Diamond Grade or Engineered reflective graphics to the custom cut aluminum blanks to complete the signs. Finishing the signs with radius corners and pre-drilled holes.
Step 5
TRAFFIC SIGN SUPPLIES
No sign is complete without drive rivets, telespar posts, metal tripods, and safety flags. At JAFA Signs we have you covered with an inventory of hardware and fasteners for your sign installation. Including concrete blocks and posts.
